LiveSafe hires Topetzes to serve as general counsel, corporate services vice president
ARLINGTON, VA March 8, 2017 LiveSafe, the world's leading mobile safety communications platform, today announced the hiring of Noelle Topetzes as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Services.
For the past 11 years, Topetzes has served as a business consultant and lawyer in the Washington, D.C., area, working with technology startups, including LiveSafe, and other organizations on legal, operational and strategic matters. She also started and significantly grew the legal departments of two technology companies, including MicroStrategy.
"Noelle's extensive experience and vast understanding of the road ahead for LiveSafe makes her an ideal choice to join our team," LiveSafe CEO Carolyn Parent said. "As LiveSafe continues to grow at a rapid pace, we knew it was critical to bring someone with Noelle's skill set onto our team in a full-time capacity."
As General Counsel, Topetzes will serve as the company's key lawyer on business transactions and provide continuing guidance on all legal and compliance matters affecting LiveSafe's business. In her role as Vice President of Corporate Services, she will manage compliance and procurement for human resources. She will also be responsible for all outside procurement, including vendor selections and negotiations, as well as optimizing the efficiency of company processes.
Born and raised in the Washington metropolitan area, Topetzes is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and Georgetown Law Center.
