LRAD receives orders for acoustic hailing devices valued at more than $1M
SAN DIEGO, CA June 27, 2017 LRAD Corporation (NASDAQ: LRAD), the world’s leading provider of acoustic hailing devices (“AHDs”) and advanced mass notification systems, today announced the receipt of multiple international AHD orders. The Company received orders totaling over $1.0 million, including:
- Additional LRAD 1000X systems for wildlife preservation at a Canadian mining site;
- LRAD 1000Xi systems for an Eastern European National Guard;
- LRAD 500X systems for installation on armored vehicles in the Middle East; and,
- LRAD 500X systems to an Asian Pacific military organization for vehicle-mounted airbase security.
“These orders add to our strong international business trend where AHD and mass notification shipments account for over 70% of fiscal year-to-date revenue,” remarked Richard S.
